To best meet the needs of our patients, Canopy offers two types of health care services: Direct Primary Care and Consultations.

Our Services

Direct Primary Care

In this model, all of our services are covered in a simple monthly fee, without co-pays or surprise billing. As in traditional primary care, we diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions, conduct yearly physicals and wellness exams, manage medications, order routine and specialized lab tests and imaging, and refer to specialists when needed.

Like the concierge model, we offer longer appointments, shorter wait times, a spacious healing environment, and direct access to the provider who knows you best, both during and after regular business hours.

Consultations

For patients who wish to continue receiving primary care at their current practice, Canopy offers in-depth, personalized consultations for complex medical conditions, as well as expert guidance in integrative and functional approaches to optimize health.
